Guests must be a minimum age of 18 to book a reservation at the resort and have a valid credit card for deposit.
In consideration of all of our guests our cabins are all non-smoking. San Juan Island can be a very dry environment in the Summer, we ask that you be very careful with your cigarette butts at the resort and around the island.
Snug Harbor Resort is a small island resort we are greatly effected by last minute cancellations, because of that the following policies are necessary. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. You may cancel your reservation up to 2 weeks before your scheduled stay with a full deposit refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, we will retain the full deposit amount.
Due to the new cabins being constructed we are no longer allowing pets in the cabins. Pets are allowed at the resort on leash and we ask that owners please clean up after your pets. Two bag dispensers are provided on site.
Guests will be notified with 48 hours of departure of any damage or missing items in the room. Guests credit cards will be charged to repair damages or replace missing items.
A charge of $10.00 per person above the standard allowed occupancy. No room will have more than the maximum occupancy allowed.
Snug Harbor Resort takes Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, checks or cash. A $25.00 NSF charge will be applied to all returned checks. Privacy Policy: Snug Harbor does not sell or share its customer information with any third parties except for vendors hired by Snug Harbor Resort for the express purpose of marketing to our customer list. We do not sell, trade or share our customer list with any outside company for their own marketing purposes.
Snug Harbor Resort and Marina provides life jackets for our guests while on the docks or while using canoes or kayaks provided free of charge by the resort. Guests agree to use the life jackets and to stay within the boundaries of Mitchell Bay while using our canoes and kayaks.
